Great new Idea's How to fix Auckland traffic and housing
Anyone who would like to have a moan or rave and would like to make a comment or suggestion on these pages please send me an email to the address below for approval and I will post it for you
It was decided that you will need to get a permit to get a tattoo to ensure that you are employable.
Year 2030 there is still no cure for the common cold, covid 19 or the flu. everyone is now wearing masks in public places and all business's and meeting places, There are controls over the amount of people that can be in these places at any one time, Ventilation extractor systems have been installed.
This should be applied now.
E.g. a coffee shops could seat 20 customers max if the floor area was 100sq meters seating 5 x tables each with a glass divider separating each table with an under floor extractor system to remove infected or spent air,
this would be a one of cost to set up but long term would reduce all air infections
Malls, meeting places, shops and businesses need similar treatment.
Here's a suggestion to take the pressure off Auckland and use the power surplus with no transmission costs when the smelter closes.
Build a new mega mall at Invercargill "Shadbolt City Mall" some where for people to go when the weather is cooler and close to the power supply maybe 200 plus shops this would create many thousands of jobs in the area and attract many unemployed business people from Auckland to relocate to where land and houses would be more affordable and maybe low cost power charges in this area
A suggestion to help our country with regards to employment
In the news it was mentioned that we are in trouble to harvest our crops and the exports at risk 7 billion dollars
Why not offer free flights and accommodation assistance to unemployed New Zealand people that are on government support who have a proven employment record to do this work, this would reduce unemployment payments and gain a tax payer and help our airline.
The New Zealand Housing shortage
This morning I found some interesting information regards empty houses in NZ.
In this post they claim there about 200 000 empty houses in New Zealand at this time as many buy houses and leave them empty as investments due to poor investment rates at the banks.
In Canada they have an empty house tax the Link https://vancouver.ca/home-property-development/taxes.aspx
This tax is currently 1% of the value of an empty house. If we were to introduce a tax in New Zealand it would help cure our acute house shortage
E.g. a $1 million house would attract a $10 000 per annum 1% tax the rent for this same house in say Auckland would be maybe $1000 per week or $52 000 per anum . this means a 4 to 5% empty house tax would sort this out here.
No screaming out loud please!
The New Zealand real estate Sharks
You must have noticed that advertised properties do not display prices just "for auction" pictures and poor location directions. If a seller want's 1 million for their property would it not be better to say the seller would like offers very close to 1 million around maybe 2% of this price and make it clear to a buyer.
We get pages of rubbish adds taking up 90% of the local newspaper for properties a few pictures and no prices maybe one or two 5 million dollar properties will display a price these papers are for the hopeful lotto winners.
They spend small fortunes publishing their personal photo's proclaiming themselves as good guys and pictures of sold properties why?.
why would you waste your time looking or calling these dreamers. could you imagine going to the supermarket and there are no prices?.
Real estate people are making too much money and don't have to look at prices when shopping at the supermarket.
Lockdown lots of time for a brain to go wild,
A few bright idea's that will help slow the spread of the virus and also save the country millions of dollars in the long term and save millions of lost man hours due to flu transmission and cold bug's etc.All of us people enjoy eating out and shopping that's what we do. Have you ever noticed the food halls in malls they resemble feed time in a piggery everyone in one big common area spitting and coughing over each other with no distancing this is common in many food business's over the country.
This a great time to fix this now while the shops and places of business and schools are shut and people have no work
EG. Supermarket food halls divide the food hall into compartments with glass dividers 2 meters high also install correct ventilation to draw spent or infected air away as it is widely believed that the bug is in fine air particles expeled from coughing sneezing and breathing, making sure of distancing to allow for queuing. Supermarkets and shops need treatment wider isles with a vent channel in the centre of isles in the floor to suck infected spent air away from food and people and overhead air ducts to force fresh air in some supermarkets have already put glass barriers at checkouts. I must add this observation, In New Zealand we drive on the left hand side of the road and it works well.how come in shopping malls this rule is not observed people walk 6 abreast holding hands in any direction or walk right into you.the road rules need to be observed in malls to cut cross infection. put lane marking on the floor L & R or a rope barrier. Those that do not abide could be banned for a period.
7.8.2020 It continues on our news
Regular repeating crap
Cannabis, Celebrities promoting themselves, Gangs, gay promotion, Apoligising to people who need a boot up the rear end.
I was watching the unbalanced news this morning regards children being removed from their parents but the news failed to give a reason why this happens and provide pictures of some of the people involved to the public to balance the news instead they blame the government department who are protecting the children.
Good morning I have been busy working on my music but have to stop to have a small rave,
Concerning the housing crisis in New Zealand We have thousands of people returning home now and there are few houses for people to live in, many people retuning will be in a good financial position to rent or buy a house either way this will take a house off the market and will put a renter on to the street and further push up prices of houses.
There are many unpalatable solutions to this, A suggestion the government aquires large parcels of land near a major city like Auckland, Take the consent process away from the councils as they will stop all progess. build 50 thousand new resitable houses on this land get them prefabbed in China and use local people and the unemployed to assemble them, use a temporary sewerage collection system like the do in other countries or a night cart.
Water can be tanked in by trucks, and temporary stormwater systems put in until we control the incoming population.
Using our imagination This should all be completed in one year 5.8.2021 (pigs could fly)
A couple of tips to help get people employed in New Zealand, This morning I watched an interview of a man from Kaikoura who has been badly affected by the tourist downturn a difficult place to make a living in an isolated place.
Here's some suggestions on this big subject maybe we should do a go back to some 1950s thinking when everyone had a job put a tariff system into place to allow local people to compete with cheap imports, before we all scream impossible take a look how the Japanese get round catching whales to eat (they catch them for scientific purposes) and enjoy eating whale meat. we could call tariffs (a cultural reason) and selected imports would need to be blessed by our brothers for a reasonable fee.
The textile industry used to employ around 20% of the workforce in New Zealand and this made an abundance of work.
Well its a great morning we are at level one and Jacinda was on the morning news we are lucky to have our great prime minister to keep the idiots at bay, Lets keep the incoming people from overseas well screened.
A comment about the news, This morning while watching TV 3 they interviewed a new nz artist "Mild Orange" a young group who just released their album on to youtube its good to see New Zealand people getting a chance the interview went for about 10 min's all good but the news failed to even play a couple of 30 second clips of their music Its the same for even top artists like Lorde they tell us that they exist but never play a clip of their music out of a 10 minute interview 3 minute should be a sample of their work,
yet they devote a half hour to a sport program every night at 6.30 and waste years of time showing the public people that we have never heard of who are from some foreign country kicking a ball. Who owns the news? not New Zealand are we not trying to get New Zealand going again after the lockdown?.

Good morning, Well its good to see things coming back to normal again after the lockdown maybe a coffee or a haircut lets hope this virus keeps well away from New Zealand.
I wrote and recorded a couple of songs during the lockdown and have just released my song
"Hold My Hand My Darling" Its on The Album. On this website home page and Trademe
also must have a small rave about our local TV this morning I was hoping it would be cheerful on this first day of shopping.
First they started with the get your funeral paid for in advance add,
Next came the simulated heart attack add,
Then a half hour add about bowel cancer the only upside to this was the beautiful presenter they could have just put her on and left the bowel cancer part out,
Next mental health problems for another half an hour and after all this I was looking at putting coast radio on to get back to listening to the dead artists.
Finally the smiling real estate guy came on and cheered me up.
Here are some of the reasons why you don't hear New Zealand artists and writers on New Zealand Radio
Something for our government to consider for New Zealand its time for a clean out.
Radio New Zealand or RNZ. is now a backyard operation and do not care about New Zealand writers and artists.
Today CBN. Philippines biggest broadcaster forced off air.
Nationalize our media and give kiwi's a fair go our radio stations are manipulated and controlled by overseas companies these companies control our media and do not serve the people of New Zealand
The two Companies listed below just about own all of our radio stations
Media Works New Zealand. is a New Zealand based television, radio and interactive media company
entirely owned by U.S. company Oaktree Capital Management.
New Zealand Media and Entertainment
Is part of the Australian Radio Network.
Well its not a time for moaning about things i'm just locked down at home
Had a small brainstorm this morning have been thinking about all the business's out there with no income with their costs still running on.
a suggestion to help many, If bussiness's that stop for one month or two and have no sales and costs to pay for their fixed running costs.
This period could be funded by government as a loan to be repaid over maybe a 2 year period interest free provided that these bussiness were viable at the time of lockdown.
I'm still pissed off that there is no New Zealand breakfast news programs on holidays and weekends why can't they stagger there holdays like hospitals and the rest of the country do.. also they do not support New Zealand music. Sport gets all the air time and if you are from overseas you will get prime time.
27.2.2020 Good day to all its been a while since I had a moan.
Concerning lotto temptations.
Well all the tickets you spent you're hard earned cash on up to the current $42,000000 was not won again last night
We are told in the news this morning that its now $50.000000 today and they tell us that it must be won Saturday night? not will be won so this means that your yesterdays tickets could not win, The winning number was not in the draw we are conned into believing that your number is in the draw the current system is dishonest and a rip off.
Also one person will scoop the $50,000000 and nobody else will get a cent, Would it not be better that 25 people got $2,000000 that would buy a reasonable freehold house in new Zealand a new car and leave cash in the bank for the average Kiwi.
and give 25 family's a home who could be sleeping in a doorway
Consumers in new Zealand are protected by the consumers guarantee act for faulty goods or services that do not work or fail to perform etc.
surely a refund is due to everyone who's ticket was not in the draw ?
A suggestion for a fair lottery system.
a weekly lottery $10 per ticket one million tickets = $10.000000 the govt gets there usual 50% leaving $5 000000
first prize $2 000000 2 second prizes of $500 000 20 third prizes of $50 000
there will be only one million tickets printed and all tickets are in the draw
to be drawn on TV and winning numbers and results published (that's how it used to be in New Zealand)
Do you really trust a machine that can be programed and manipulated to check or print your ticket its like the internet fake news
For those that must have a $20,000000 prize a three monthly or 6 monthly lottery using the same principals as above tickets $100 each
The morning news on TV1 and TV3
Well a year has just about passed and its getting close to Christmas, The morning news will shut down 24.12.2019 and start again 1.2.2020 would it not be a good idea to stagger the staff holidays and put some local news on for the people of nz not everyone will be on a cruise or in Hawaii 95% of the population will still be at home having to look at info commercials and aljazerra news and enjoying watching the protesters throwing rocks and jabbering on.
We will all miss those cheerful news people that help many want to live another day
28.12.2019 Good morning thought its time to have a wee moan
They have turned the morning news off on TV1 AND TV3 on the 20.12.2019 enjoy the info comercials till Febuary

What are the real people and small Business's doing in New Zealand ?.

New Zealand Local Music
Not in New Zealand 100% overseas content.
Radio don't care about New Zealand people, They still promote the dead artists like the are still living just tune in to coast radio to verify this.
What about a local hit parade for New Zealand artists this would help many to get a start and would not cost big bucks using local people. and judged by the people of New Zealand not by the current morons.
There also needs to be a mainstream radio station exclusive for New Zealand artists to send their work where they will talk to artists on the phone and answer there correspondence the current system is not working.
There used to be hit parades on New Zealand radio 70 years ago at 5.30 pm till 6pm just before the 6 o'clock news
There was a program once that I can remember over the last 10 years on
Maori TV. called My country song a great show.
Some recent observations at Supermarkets
This is not directed at all supermarkets maybe you have noticed this also
When shopping at the supermarket a few days ago and going through the checkout I noticed the young girl serving us was looking a bit pale and I said to her won't be long and you can knock off for the day, she replied I stop in 3 hours at 10pm my shift is 12 hours, I noticed there was no stool for this girl to sit on this appears to be the same in all supermarkets. a couple of weeks prior I saw a girl faint at the checkout and be replaced, supermarkets can afford a $40 stool from the wharehouse. ( that's why they never smile ) or maybe they are not paid enough, A smile to a customers would make them spend more $$$$$$ and put profit on their bottom line.
Also why do all staff wear black uniforms in supermarkets this is very depressing it seems like a funeral and is also disorienting to customers the country is not at war presently we are not in the middle east.
Are we not trying to promote tourists here this is a big turn off for many people.
Below is a suggested new uniform to brighten things up a bit (note the pastel shades)
50 years ago they looked smart and smiling with fresh looking uniforms and a stool to sit on, Its not like this now in some of the third world supermarkets round manukau, They also had manners and could say please and thank you as well.
Here in Auckland most of the staff cannot speak English on the checkouts and where there is two people of the same nationality together serving you are ignored totally and must use sign language. (must be bad for business)
This is not New Zealand anymore
Years ago while listening to parliament on the radio they were discussing the population growth of new Zealand and I can remember some saying that to keep the country growing we need a 3% net increase in population to keep the country stable and growing this is after all deaths, births, and departures.
This appears to be a good idea but in reality young kiwis are getting educated and leaving the country and many never return under the current system,
The new top up population mainly aim for Auckland causing allien ghettos like Manukau,Papatoetoe, Botany Downs, where little English is now spoken.
Note when the young Kiwi's leave its from all over New Zealand not just Auckland
Governments of the last 25 years have and still take no control over the incoming immigrants to this country and allow them to live all in the same spots around the country creating foreign countries within New Zealand,
A suggestion to fix this problem would be that all incoming immigrants would have to live where directed for the first 15 years in this country, family's would be kept together and there names put into a draw similar to lotto where there names would be tied to a town in New Zealand and make the population spread proportional to the size of the town or city and during this time if they are found living out of that area they would be deported and replaced by new immigrants.
(after 15 years their Kiwi children would not want to move to auckland because all there mates are there.)
The benefits of this would be that their children would mix into the kiwi life faster and take root in that town ensuring that the mix of population in the school classrooms would be more English speaking.
In some school classrooms in Auckland a class of 30 pupils could be a mix of 10% kiwi and 90% non English speaking causing broken or pigeon English to be used.
And also (who would want to be a teacher in this class?) they would need a translator to communicate to their pupils.
Controlling the world social media
Well its good to see Jacinda doing her best trying to the get world leaders together to control these pirates.
A few suggestions to do this could be
1. A license and tax number for every country like a radio station to operate.
2. The owners and directors of these web sites would need to personally guarantee taxes and public damage
3. All post would need approval before posting..like this site you are on now.
????..ps thats if you can find our website
News flash Cannabis is still in the news everyday just turn your tv on.
A MOAN FOR THE MUSIC PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD 2020
Web site views and accounting information
My notes and observations of trying to find if there are views to my website over the last 25 years.
It appears that there is no way of knowing or tracking visitors to your website unless that visitor becomes a member of the site and logs in, Then you can trace their information and also their life history and credit card details.
Twenty years ago I joined a tracking website
And placed some supplied code to my site this proved to be useless and I still receive crap emails to this day.
Sound and picture files and information on a website can be viewed copied and stolen by anyone.
Something for the music people
Major music scam Websites all work on bullshit information telling viewers and songwriters that they have sold millions of copies of their music for many millions of dollars each month. (Or let us promote your music for you)
I receive emails weekly telling me that hundreds of their members have sold music on their website. 100 x CDS at $5 = $500.
no where near the millions they talk about on their provided information of $9 million dollars per month plus .
A recent advertisement
Fans have paid artists $439 million using our website and $9 million in the last 30 days alone.
Another major grabber of your music money one we all know
A statistical look inside ====== 2.5 million members, who have: Uploaded more than 15 million songs
2.5 million members annual subscription fees $120 x 2.5 million =
$300 million in membership fees alone they live off your dreams.
Some of their regular bullshit, Submit your music to radio fly by night fm internet radio transmitting from a public toilet somewhere again you would most likely pay an annual fees and they will sell subscriptions to their station and your share will be --0-- Or submit you music to backyard publishers some of the names make you wonder if they a real.
These website owners steal money from songwriters and musicians also their ambitions and hearts.
The King takers of your money
Join our site for $$$ per month and get free streaming and downloads of your music
No one knows about the billions of dollars stolen from musicians and writers we think that the one download or one cent we received in a bona fide number the actual number could be hundreds of millions more than this its only what they tell you it is very easy to print fake reports on the internet.
independently verifies their
The music scam industry all the major digital stores do not account or provide to the songwriters or music owners direct its always through a protection wall an approved publisher first and they help themselves to your rightful money
And if you are lucky they’ll toss you1 or two cents
Who makes a steady income from music
Dead writers and artists
Musical instrument manufacturers/distributors
Orchestras paid by governments and public donations
Libraries and music teachers
Last of all if any money is left over Singers, musical artists and writers could get enough to pay for their gas to go to a gig
Maybe Donald Trump can fix this
A song for the fat people
New posts comming soon
Call over and share for world peace
As you can see above 3 people do not want world peace, they walk among us.
